Hi, I'm Ella, the face behind BY.ELVA.

My background is a mix of PA work, administration, recruitment, event planning and business support alongside a love for making content, social media and the creative side of business. 

​

Over time, I realised that the part of my work I enjoyed the most was being behind the scenes, the organising, problem solving, creating and planning. 

​

That's where BY.ELVA came from. 

​

I created BY.ELVA to give businesses, entrepreneurs and growing teams access to the support they need without the commitment of employing a full time team member.

​

Whether it's the everyday recurring admin, managing a dairy, organising a project, planning an event, keeping on top of social media, or simply tackling the jobs that have been sitting on your to do list, I am here to take some of it off your plate.

My aim is simple: to make running a business a little more manageable, give you back some of your time, and provide the kind of support that works around your business rather than a one fits all service.

I want BY.ELVA to feel more than just outsourcing a list of tasks. I want to become someone you can genuinely rely on - an extra set of hands, a fresh perspective and someone who gets things done.
